KinetiCast, Inc. (for convenience referred to herein as "KinetiCast"), provides products and services that assist individuals and companies in communications, as is described elsewhere on the Site.


Data Collection:
The only data KinetiCast collects is data that you provide. We will not use the data for any purpose other than as indicated on the Site. The data and presentations that you provide to the Site will be made available only to those individuals whom you designate and to whom you send the data.


In order to use our Site, you must first complete the registration form. During registration you are required to provide contact information (such as name and email address). We use this information to contact you about services we provide.


In addition, in order to use the Site, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email and company address). We use this information to fill your orders, and to comply with applicable law. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

User Data:
KinetiCast provides products and services that facilitate your communications. These services and products are described in detail in our web site. Data (including videos, audio presentations and conversations, Power Point Presentations, Spread Sheets and the like) that you submit to KinetiCast are made available as you direct, or stored and accessed by you, or as you designate at a later time (your data is for convenience referred to herein as the "User Data.").


We recognize and respect the confidentiality of your User Data. We are committed to protecting such data in a responsible and professional manner. We do not use or access such data, except only for the limited purposes described herein.


Periodically, to maintain the functioning of our systems, our technicians may have access to your User Data to upgrade our systems and ensure they operate correctly. All such technicians will be under obligations to maintain the confidentiality of your User Data. We may also be obligated to access and disclose your User Data if required to by a law enforcement action such as a court order, subpoena or search warrant.


Data Retention:
We retain your User Data for 30 days following the termination of your account. During that time you and people you designate may reactivate your account and access the same. After such period, and after your agreement with us terminates or expires we purge your User Data, and it is longer accessible by you or others.

Changes in this Privacy Statement:
This Privacy Policy is our binding commitment to you. We reserve the right change this policy, for example to comply with changes in the law, to better protect the data you supply or more clearly describe our operations. Any such changes will be posted on the site, and other places we deem appropriate. Further, any such changes will apply only to transactions completed by you after the changes are posted.
