How much does KinetiCast cost? What are my billing options?

KinetiCast offers several pricing options to fit your organization's budget. Users can choose to pay monthly (cancel at any time) or annually to take advantage of price discounts. Do I need to install any software to use KinetiCast?

No. KinetiCast offers our software as a service. All you need is a web browser - the service is all online with no downloads required.

What browsers are supported?

KinetiCast works with all the popular web browsers, including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape, Safari and Opera.

Do I need a broadband connection to use KinetiCast?

Yes. KinetiCast uses rich media to make communications more engaging. For a great user experience, this content requires a broadband connection.

I am not a Web developer or a graphic designer, can I still use KinetiCast?

Definitely! KinetiCast was designed for you. If you can use a website, you can use KinetiCast’s service. The more you use the service, the more creative opportunities you will come across, but you will be able to send engaging messages right away.

Can I import my contacts from Microsoft Outlook?

Yes. You can upload contacts into KinetiCast from Outlook and other contact management tools via a CSV upload. Directions are available within the application.
